- For candidates falling under the general and other backward classes: 100 rupees, should be paid online or offline.

- To apply for a position for the first time, visit www.ssc.nic.in and select “Register Now.”
- Put in your phone number, email address, and name.
- Obtain your registration number and password on your registered mobile device and email.
- To log in, enter your registration number and password.
- Choose the Phase-12/2024/selection posts test application link.
- Complete the application and mail it.
- Send in the application fee online.
- Upload the required files in the specified size and format.
- Provide the disability certificate number if applicable.
- Print the application and fee receipt for your records.
Requirements for SSC Selection phase 12
The following qualifications are required for SSC Selection Following Phase 12 Recruitment in 2024:
- Proof of Board, Registration Number, and Matriculation Year (10th Exam Passing Year).
- a colour scan (20 KB to 50 KB) at passport size.
- For VH applicants, thumb impressions are allowed; scanned signatures (10 KB to 20 KB).
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Written Exam: Candidates must pass the Computer-Based Test (CBT) in order to advance to the next phase of selection.
- Verification of Documents: After passing the CBT, applicants have their documentation examined. Tests of qualifying skills, such typing, data entry, and computer proficiency, are given out based on the Essential Qualifications.
Important Points:
- Skills tests are qualifying in their essence.
- The final merit list is determined by the Computer-Based Mode Examination results.
- The following ratios of candidates are summoned for document verification:
- (1) 1:20, with a five-position limit per post category.
- (2) 1:10 when there are at least 100 applications and more than five open positions in any field of work.

Admit Card
The Staff Selection Commission will provide the SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Admit Card to registered applicants. Admit cards are expected one week prior to the May 2024 online test date. The admission card may be downloaded via the internet, and doing so is necessary.
Eligibility Criterias
Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation: The applicant has to be a graduate of a recognised State or Central board and have completed the Class 10 Exam.
- Intermediate: The candidate must have passed the Science, Commerce, or Arts stream in the Higher Secondary (12th) Exam.
- Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in any field must have been obtained from an institution approved by the University Grant Commission.
