They provide you on spot service.
The technitian will come home and repair the treadmill if it has problem, he might take couple of days to come.
My weight is 75 kg, it good for walking, but while running I feel the structure is not really strong and it shakes.
It is far weak structurally and in size compared normal 3 to 5 hp peak treadmills found in market.
It looks big in photo but it’s not as big as it really should be for that motor
It has speed range from 1-14.
Speaker output is average.
