A daily smoothie can be a super convenient and fast way to get your calories in the morning, at breakfast, or anytime. 

Eating chicken and rice is not give you all the nutrients that your body needs. That’s why it’s such a life hack to start drinking smoothies.

Especially if you don’t like to eat your vegetables with your meal. They’re super quick to make and consume and slammed, packed with minerals, vitamins, and a whole bunch of vegetables.

How to make

  • 1 tbsp Bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup turmeric
  • 1/2 cup ginger
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients in the mixer that gives you your ginger shots smoothie.

The macros for this ginger shots smoothie with the beef Olin are 258 calories, 6.8 grams of protein, 55.4 grams of carbs, and 2.5 grams of fat. 

That is a great anti-inflammatory smoothie, which can also be used as a pre-workout. 

Berry Protein Smoothie

If you are trying to make some gains. You have the Berry protein smoothie. 


  • 1/2 cup blueberry
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup blackberry
  • 1/4 cup raspberry
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water

  • Blackberries are high in antioxidants as well as fiber. Next, we add half a cup of blueberries, which comes with antioxidants and vitamins. 
  • We’re going to put in two-thirds of a cup of Greek yogurt, which is this entire whole serving right here. This three-fourth cup of Greek yogurt only has 110 calories. 
  • Do your research on Greek yogurt. It has antibiotics, antioxidants, and slow-releasing protein, which help fuel your muscles throughout the day. 
  • This smoothie is high in protein to fuel your muscle growth. 
  • This smoothie contains 381 calories, 41.6 grams of protein, 54 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of fat. Packed with antioxidants, essential nutrients, and minerals. 
  • It’s anti-inflammatory, high in calcium, and of course, high in protein to allow you to make those gains. 

It’s practically like ice cream. It got a creamy taste from the Greek yogurt and a delicious taste from all the different fruits.

Green Juice Smoothie

We are showing a green juice smoothie. As you can tell by the name packed with greens.  


  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 1 cup water 


  • Cucumbers help you stay hydrated. It also comes with fiber and many other vitamins like vitamin K and vitamin A. It can also lower blood sugar and contains antioxidants as well. 
  • Green apples are rich in vitamin K-C-A antioxidants and minerals. Green apples will also help you control your weight and reduce cholesterol. It’s going to help you keep a healthy heart. 
  • Spinach contributes to energy production, can help improve your metabolism, prevents the formulation of cellulite, removes toxins, and so much more. 
  • Kale is rich in vitamins A, K, and C. It also has Folate, an A-B vitamin that’s important for brain development. 
  • It also has omega-3 fatty acids, which are required for your joints, and regulating your hormones. 
  • Celery is rich in vitamins and minerals with a low glycemic index. It also boosts weight loss, reduces cholesterol levels and inflammation, lowers blood pressure, has cancer-fighting antioxidants, and so much more.

  • Inside the smoothie are just 94 calories, 1 gram of protein, 38 grams of carbs, and 2 grams of fat. 

Let’s go ahead and go for a taste test that tastes like an apple kiwi slushy. It’s hard to consume apple cider vinegar.

Orange and carrot smoothie


  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 3/4 cup water


One of my favorite Smoothies for shredded muscle gain. So we’re going to start with the ingredients we haven’t covered yet.

  • Carrots are another vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s also packed with fiber, and it’s great for your skin and hair. 
  • Carrots promote brain health, boost immunity, help with weight loss management, and it’s a good source of beta carotene and help with cardiovascular support.
  • Flax seeds are highly packed in nutrients as well, like omega-3 fiber. Protein flaxseed is particularly high in thiamine, a B vitamin that plays a role in energy metabolism. 
  • It’s also a great source of copper, which is involved in brain development, immune health, and iron metabolism. 
  • They can help you lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure and stabilize blood sugar levels. 
  • Flax seeds are also rich in lignans, which are plant compounds that tested for cancer-fighting properties. And this seed has 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. 
  • We’re dropping in half a lime and adding in a whole orange pack of vitamin C.
  • This smoothie contains 179 calories, 4.9 grams of fat, and 34.2 grams of carbs. 

Let’s go for the taste test. 

They complement each other perfectly. Always eliminate the ginger, and even add some coconut water to this, just like any of the smoothies. Same flax seeds, hemp seeds, and protein powder.

Not every single smoothie has to have the main purpose of having a large portion of protein, especially if you’re already getting it in your meals.
